About Gravity™

Harness the power of “Gravity™” with this innovative, incline resistance training program offered at The Pilates Coach.

Taught by certified Gravity™ instructors, the 30-minute total body strength and endurance workout is done on a single, easy-to-use machine — the GTS™. There are no weights to adjust. Instead, a person’s own body weight is used as resistance.

Gravity™ simultaneously targets multiple muscle groups while focusing on controlled, balanced and functional movement to enhance muscular systems. It offers a highly individualized workout with quick results, regardless of body type or fitness level. The initial class is free. Packages are available for private and semi-private sessions as well as group classes.
