The Pilates Coach Policy Page Schedule a Class Visit our website at www.thepilatescoach.com, click on “Schedule a Class” and create a user name and login. You can purchase class packages on line or by calling the studio at 324-3224. For a special offer membership you can call or stop by and one of our staff will be happy to assist you. Once you have created an account you can manage it from any computer you access. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Expiration Policies You can cancel or reschedule on line within 24 hours of the class start time with no charge. You can do this yourself from any computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or you can call the studio. Calling the studio to cancel or reschedule a class, with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a late cancel. If you cannot be certain you will be in class, do not schedule. All packages and programs have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to know your expiration date which can be found in your account information on line. Refund/Extension Policy - There are no refunds. Extensions may be allowed depending on circumstances. Contact the studio if you need to extend an expiration date due to illness, injury or family emergency. We will exempt a late cancel or no show due to an emergency, as a courtesy, because we can all appreciate the fact that sometimes things just happen. There are no exceptions to these policies.
