Certified Aerobic Instructor
Certified Master Bender Ball Instructor
A little bit about myself:
As a native of Colorado, one of the healthiest states in our nation, I learned early on how people’s lives, bodies and health could be drastically improved through exercise. That observance led to a deeper calling to partner with people on attaining a state of optimal heath and well being. Work, marriage, family, as well as different athletic competitions, have taken me to both coasts and the opportunity to work with 100’s of clients over the past 15 years. I offer a unique approach to training. I want my clients to have a conscious awareness to their bodies and I do this by giving them an education. Whether you’re younger or older, I look forward to partnering with you. Here’s to your health, Lisa |
